It can collect the total voltage, total current, insulation, etc. of the battery system, and monitor the voltage, temperature and other information of the slave unit in real time to judge the running status of the battery, send out various types of alarm information through the CAN bus, and cut off the output of the power battery if necessary to protect.

• Data Record Function -- Historical Data Record, Fault Data Record

It has the function of periodically and quantitatively refreshing the historical data and fault data monitored after the battery management system is powered on. It can be read and called by SD card to facilitate analysis.


• Communication Function -- CANN/Rs485

CANN communication: According to specific needs, it can communicate with BMS, vehicle controller and charger, and reserve 1 CAN communication interface for expansion.

Rs485 communication: In the working situation, all slaves with addresses will receive the data sent by the host and make a corresponding action to return data to the host. The slave cannot actively send data to the host, and the slaves cannot transfer data to each other.


• Control Function -- External Relay Control

The control interface can realize the intelligent control of the relays such as main positive, main negative, precharge, fast charge, slow charge, and heating (PTC), and provide safe charging and discharging control and management of the battery system according to the battery manufacturer or the whole vehicle, make related alarms according to the communication protocol.


• Self-test Function -- System Self-test

BMS sets a powerful system self-test function. After the system is powered on, it detects the voltage, temperature communication, clock, memory and other components to ensure the normal operation of the system itself.


• Parameter Settings -- Personalization Setting

According to the requirements of customers, and the characteristics of the battery, the parameter setting can be made through the upper computer interface.
